Welcome and congratulations on taking the first step in your healing journey. I'm Janette and my passion is helping people work through life challenges, while becoming the best version of themselves. I encourage clients to identify what is important and meaningful to them, while supporting them in living a more purposeful life.
I view therapy from a trauma informed and client centered lens while focusing on authenticity and collaboration. My specialty areas include depression, anxiety, posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD), attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), stress management, and burn out. I use an integrative approach and individualize my treatment with the use of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), mindfulness practices, dialectical behavioral therapy and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) therapy.
I deeply value the therapeutic relationship and provide a safe, non judgmental space for clients to be their whole selves. I hope to work together and empower you in finding your peace.
