I am a LPC, LCPC, LPCC, and LMSW with over 20 years of experience in the mental health and wellness field. I hold two Master’s degrees and a Doctorate degree, and I work with children ages 8 and older, adolescents, individuals, couples, families, executives, and high-level professionals from diverse backgrounds. My clinical strengths include working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, burnout, relationship issues, emotional dysregulation, life transitions, and challenges related to emotional and mental well-being. I also conduct clinical evaluations and assessments. I am especially skilled at working with individuals who may initially feel hopeless, unsupported, emotionally overwhelmed, resistant to treatment, or uncertain about change. My focus is on helping clients build insight, resilience, emotional balance, healthier coping skills, and overall wellness. My approach to therapy is individualized, collaborative, and wellness-centered. I believe in meeting clients where they are emotionally, mentally, and personally rather than expecting them to fit into a one-size-fits-all treatment model. I use diverse therapeutic approaches based on each client’s needs, goals, experiences, and strengths. Therapy sessions with me are interactive, empowering, reflective, and focused on meaningful long-term growth, stress management, emotional wellness, and improving overall quality of life. I believe emotional health, mental wellness, physical well-being, and self-care are all interconnected. In addition to my clinical work, I have an interest in health and wellness, stress reduction, and physical well-being. I am also a certified Spinning® instructor and believe movement, balance, and healthy lifestyle practices can play an important role in supporting overall mental and emotional wellness. I genuinely love the work that I do and believe effective therapy requires strong clinical skill, adaptability, emotional intelligence, professionalism, and the ability to connect with people from all walks of life. In my free time, I enjoy golfing, traveling, visiting amusement parks, reading, and engaging in wellness and fitness-related activities.
