My name is Jason Patterson, and I am Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a Certified HIPAA Professional (CHP) with over 15 years of experience working within the mental health profession. I am also a Certified Professional Counselor Supervisor in the state of Georgia. I have a passion for helping individuals work through their issues to ultimately live a better quality of life. I identify with both a person- centered and a cognitive behavioral approach to therapy as well as many others. I feel that individuals have the capacity for growth and self-actualization. I believe in providing a non-judgmental environment to which will help for honest self-exploration. I also specialize in working with individuals to help them to change their negative, unhealthy thinking into positive, healthy thinking to aid in a better quality of life.
