Anxiety disorders, stress management, depression, trauma, anger management and emotional regulation, self esteem, self compassion, adjustment disorders, coping with change along with student, family and parenting concerns are my counseling specialties. As a yoga teacher, simple yoga and mindfulness can be incorporated as part of the healing process.
