I take joy in partnering with individuals to learn to know all parts of themselves from a non-judgmental and curious lens. I believe that we can best evolve when we have an understanding of ourselves and how past situations and experiences have influenced our current working system of thoughts and feelings. While I find strong importance in gaining insight, I tend to be goal-oriented and I want to assist you with internalizing the therapeutic process so that your insight and skills will transcend beyond our work together. I see you as the expert on yourself, and I conceptualize my role as guiding you through exploration, shining light on areas that are necessary for you to examine in order to evolve and move forward. With compassion and appropriate support, I believe that individuals can mobilize internal skills and abilities in order to address pain, conflict, and challenging circumstances.
