My goal is to empower clients to tap into their inner resilience and cultivate a sense of wholeness. I blend traditional therapy techniques with innovative modalities such as Somatic work, meditation, and integrative medicine.My practice specializes in trauma treatment, utilizing methods such as Accelerated Resolution Therapy and EMDR to facilitate healing on a deep level. I believe in addressing the mind, body, and spirit to facilitate healing.
