I provide counseling services via telehealth and in-person in my Pleasanton, CA office. On days I am not working, I enjoy reading, riding the motorcycle with my husband, spending time with my adult kids, traveling, taking walks with our pet dog, Buddy, and working out at the gym. I am divorced, have lost a pet I dearly cherished, lost my father, and worked hard to obtain my PhD! I am a huge advocate of self-care because that is what helped me keep taking one step forward on difficult days. Take courage and know that I, too, have not been without struggles, but encourage you to know there is hope everyday! Having worked with women and children for many years, one of my greatest strengths as a therapist is acceptance and warmth embracing you just as you are and where you are in life's journey.
