I’ve spent the last 15 years witnessing the courage, tenacity, and resiliency of my clients as they work to improve their lives and relationships. I believe much of life is shaped by the lens through which we view it, and that counselors are most effective when they live the principles they teach. I strive to be grounded, healthy, and authentic. My training has allowed me to help clients navigate life transitions and address issues like depression, anxiety, sexual abuse, chronic illness, grief, parent/child conflicts, acting out teens, marital struggles, sexual addiction, infidelity, and improving intimacy in relationships. Outside of counseling, I enjoy spending time with my family, exploring mountains for huckleberries, gardening, and DIY projects. Raised in Alaska, I appreciate the similar beauty and adventure Idaho offers.
