I have training in evidence-based therapies for OCD, ADHD, Anxiety and Trauma, as well as a background in the performing arts. I sometimes use out-of-the-box techniques alongside the latest data and science. I work well with people who feel like outsiders, oddballs and people from marginalized communities (disability, neurodiverse, BIPOC, LGBTQ).
You and I would work together to find the approach that works for you and puts you in the driver’s seat of your life. Maybe that means stopping destructive patterns, maybe it’s working through the past, or maybe it’s deciding who you are and what you really want in life.
