I am a licensed clinical social worker with 20+ years experience. I received my MSW from Syracuse University. I am presently an adjunct professor for my alma mater and teach in their School of Social Work. I have worked in a variety of settings including: private practice, hospitals, and community mental health centers. I work from a collaborative, strength based approach, assisting and supporting clients to be the authors of their own lives. I have experience treating anxiety and mood disorders, trauma-related diagnoses, and other life experiences. I have an eclectic approach, utilizing various evidence based, theoretical approaches and real life experience. My goal is to help individuals reach their highest potential and to live more harmonious and happier lives.
