I will support you, compassionately challenge you, help you identify patterns that keep you stuck, and teach you practical tools to apply in your every day life. I often use several therapy modalities to do this, such as CBT, DBT, ACT, and accessible yoga poses that are clinically effective in managing anxiety and depression. I have been in the social work field for 8 years and it has been a privilege to work with people from all walks of life and of all ages.
