For as long as I can remember, I have had a passion to create and build authentic relationships with others. I received my M.S. in Clinical Psychology from Vanguard University in 2013 where I currently teach several courses. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I have specific experience with career/life transition, postpartum depression and postpartum anxiety, substance abuse, relational struggles, anxiety, depression, family conflict, body-image, and self-esteem issues. Utilizing a Narrative approach along with Cognitive-Behavioral therapy I allow clients to tell their stories, gain greater insight, and help them to find beneficial tools that can help them in their daily lives.
