As a Solution Focused and Cognitive Behavioral Therapist, I believe in creating goals and assisting my clients to meet those goals. We address negative patterns, reframe narratives all while addressing false beliefs that can hold us back. My clients range from seeking help with addiction, anxiety, depression, adjustments in their life (children, divorce, illness), as well as guidance in creating the healthy and happy life they envision for themselves. I work with adolescents to adults (11-65). I have spent the last decade working in the mental health field. My approaches are cognitive behavioral, client centered, and solution focused. All three serve my clients in helping them understand their journey in life. You have to go through it to grow through it, but you don't have to do it alone.
