My practice supports adults with trauma and dysregulated mood to better understand patterns no longer serving them and encourages healing through trauma processing, non-judgmental and supportive listening, and creating new patterns to best build healthy coping and daily living. I have over 10 years of experience with individuals who have been through domestic violence, abuse, neglect, and trauma. I am a proud member of the LGBTQ+ Affirmative Therapist Guild of Utah! I offer Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, Trauma-Focused CPT, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and other modalities to build trust, coping, and healing shaped by each individual client. I truly want to learn who you are and what you want most in life! I'm here for you to express your true voice and authentic nature and I love working with neurodivergence. Starting therapy for the first time, or with a new therapist, takes courage, and I'll be beside you through the journey!
