Hello, I’m Jose and I am a Licensed Mental Health psychotherapist. As a therapist, I believe that a kind and supportive, client-focused approach is fundamental in helping navigate the many challenges that life can bring. I like to provide my clients with a warm, nonjudgmental, safe, and supportive space where we can explore and address the various thoughts, emotions, experiences, etc. that pose a challenge in everyday life. Life can bring about many challenges and at times, seeking professional support can help manage these challenges. I take pride in being able to meet my clients where they are as we explore what therapy has to offer. I have also traveled the world, which also enhanced my approach to almost all cultures and human experiences.
