Welcome to my profile. My name is Joseph Levin, LCSW-C and I pride myself on being able to connect with patients from all races, ethnic and social background. Since 2010 I have worked in a variety of settings, and through CBT and other therapy styles, I have been able to help clients break their negative thought patterns and learn to see that there is another way to look at things. I find that many clients often define themselves with their disorder, and I work with them on learning to manage and accept their disorder while still maintaining their role in their everyday lives.
I received my Bachelors of Liberal Arts and minored in an honors program in Business and Liberal Arts from Queens College of the Cuny System. I then received my Masters Degree in Social Work from the University Of Maryland School Of Social Work.
