Traumatic experiences, relationship attachment woundings, and the general pressure to conform to social norms during our younger years, can cause our being to create some truly magnificent coping strategies to remain standing. Unfortunately, these strategies can be digested and integrated into our identity long after they've stopped serving their purpose. I am passionate about supporting people reconnect with their true nature, by exploring parts work and somatic experiencing. Our past does not define us, and this work makes it possible to access the inspired, motivated, wisdom that exists in abundance underneath our conditioning . I can support you to live your real truth and improve your quality of life. I hold a safe space where we can explore, uncover and allow your true feelings, thoughts and beliefs to unfold. I offer genuine, compassionate, non-judgemental care, as we walk through the hard stuff together. You will learn supportive & reflective tools that will enrich you for life. I have helped many clients find healing and understanding in desperate situations. I utilize integrative mind-body techniques as well as DBT, and ACT in healing past traumas. Since, there is clearly a strong connection between the mind and body, I’ve found that using a holistically based approach brings about the most gentle, yet effective treatment.
