My passion and life’s work is to provide therapy to individuals and families in a safe, supportive, and relationship-based environment that promotes healing and systemic change. I utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities that are strengths-based and trauma informed, including Trauma-Focused, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS). I value collaboration in treatment and believe that the client’s goals are of upmost importance. It is a privilege to walk alongside clients on their healing journeys. I have extensive experience working with children aged 10+ and adolescents who have endured complex trauma. Additionally, I support those struggling with familial conflict, depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, sexually reactive behavior, self-injurious behavior, and mood disorders.
