I aim to provide my clients with a supportive, non-judgmental, and encouraging environment where they can grow and heal. While I have training in IFS, EMDR and other types of therapies, my focus and preference tends to be more solutions-focused, brief and cognitive-behavioral therapies. I have a doctorate (PhD) and am a licensed clinical psychologist and a certified school psychologist so I have a lot of experience diagnosing and working with people with learning and other types of disabilities. I have also worked as a research director for a large publishing company which has allowed me a better understanding of the most effective, research-based therapies. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, running, reading, and playing with my new kittens! Please note that due to a conflict of interest, I am unable to provide services to students who currently attend Chicago Public Schools.
