Hi, I’m Julie. If you’ve ever felt stuck in emotional or relationship patterns that don’t fully make sense, you’re not alone. Many thoughtful, self-aware people find themselves repeating reactions or struggles they wish they could change. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. My approach focuses on understanding how earlier experiences shape the ways we relate to ourselves and others. Together we explore the deeper emotional learnings that may be keeping certain patterns in place so meaningful, lasting change can occur. I incorporate experiential and somatic practices when helpful to support emotional awareness and nervous system regulation. My goal is to create a collaborative space where you feel supported, understood, and empowered to move toward the life you want.
