I see you beneath those perfectly maintained masks. That exhaustion from constantly code-switching, and that inner critic that never stops whispering "tone it down," those mother wounds that taught you to shrink - they've all shaped how you show up in the world. Success looks good on paper, but inside? There's anxiety, sadness and unfulfillment that most people don't see. Maybe you wake up each morning wondering how you got here.
