Hi, I’m Kamal. I believe many struggles stem from disconnection from ourselves. Reconnecting—through personal healing or support from others—helps us live authentically. As a therapist, I value the complexity of human relationships and the mind, both its challenges and potential.
My goal is to help clients reconnect meaningfully. Many tell me I’m the first therapist they’ve worked with who is actively engaged rather than just nodding along. I listen with care, participate in discussions, and create a space where clients feel heard and understood.
I use various therapeutic approaches to help adults navigate trauma, anxiety, and relationship challenges. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), I support men struggling in relationships with partners and children. I’m certified in Brainspotting, an advanced technique for treating anxiety and trauma, and trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), the Emotional Freedom Technique, and Relational Life Therapy.
