Hello, I'm so glad you are here, my name is Karen Daigneault, LPC. Adjusting to life changes isn't always easy. I am a trauma specialist and have over 30 years of experience. I specialize in EMDR and Parts work as my therapy approach. I work with political trauma. I have been able to connect easily with my clients and offer validation to their feelings. I am passionate about my job and helping my clients to meet their goals. I believe that treatment is a collaborative approach. I work with the Autistic Population.
