Hello! I have over 20 years of experience working as a therapist in various capacities. For fun I like to perform in my local Community Theatre.You might catch a glimpse of me sometime! I work with adults age 18 and over. I work best with people who are dealing with issues around their race, ethnicity, sexual orientation and gender identity. I started my career working with women in a domestic violence shelter and later in a rape crisis center. I enjoy going back to my roots and supporting people in their healing journeys. I have been learning more and more about ADHD and now work with people who have been diagnosed as adults. I have ADHD myself and enjoy supporting people in learning to manage their symptoms and realize their full potential. My job is to support you in your journey. I firmly believe that you are the expert in your life. I bring my expertise, life experience and training. We are a team and I want to make sure you get what you need and want from therapy.
