Katherine Boelts

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California, I am based in Orange County, CA. I work with clients throughout California via my virtual office on a HIPAA compliant platform. I help adults who are exhausted from doing everything for everyone and feeling like they aren’t getting anywhere. Feel like their emotions are controlling them, and worried about so many things they can’t think straight. Adults that struggle with their anger and impulsivity, that don’t like how angry they get but can’t seem to change it. You aren’t alone, and you don’t have to go through this alone. I work hard to earn my client’s trust, so they can truly feel safe in the therapeutic space so they can start making meaningful changes in their lives.
