I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California, I am based in Orange County, CA. I work with clients throughout California via my virtual office on a HIPAA compliant platform. I help adults who are exhausted from doing everything for everyone and feeling like they aren’t getting anywhere. Feel like their emotions are controlling them, and worried about so many things they can’t think straight.
