Hi! My name is Kate. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 20 years of experience in the mental health field. My diverse background includes work in inpatient hospitalization, day reporting centers, partial hospitalization programs, inpatient and outpatient substance abuse treatment, forensic-related programs, and general outpatient counseling. This breadth of experience allows me to support a wide range of client needs with empathy, insight, and clinical expertise. I offers both in-person and telehealth services in southwestern Pennsylvania. I work with adults, addressing challenges such as anxiety, anger, eating disorders, domestic violence recovery, relationship issues, co-parenting, and court-ordered concerns. My therapeutic approach is holistic and goal-oriented, integrating evidence-based methods like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR, Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and family systems counseling.
