I help individuals who feel disconnected from themselves— caught in patterns of people-pleasing, overthinking, or losing their voice in relationships. If you're questioning who you are beyond the roles you’ve played, therapy can be a space to explore that. My approach is collaborative and trauma-conscious, blending talk therapy with somatic practices like EMDR and movement. I support clients in reconnecting with their bodies, boundaries, and inner clarity to become a more grounded, authentic version of themselves. Outside of work, I love puzzles, jumping rope, being in nature, and spending time with my family.
