One of the cornerstones of my practice lies in my commitment to ongoing education and specialization. Recognizing the dynamic nature of mental health, I pursued and achieved certification in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), a modality designed to address the unique needs of individuals who have experienced trauma. This certification not only expanded my therapeutic toolkit but also deepened my understanding of the intricate interplay between trauma and mental health.
Two decades into this rewarding profession, I find my passion for counseling burning as brightly as it did on the first day. The lessons I've learned, the connections I've formed, and the countless stories of resilience have shaped me into the counselor I am today. The youngest age I am open to treating is 15 years old.
