I have been working within the mental health field for almost 20 years specializing in individuals, children, families, and couples. The client is the expert, and the role of the therapist is to assist in providing tangible skills people can apply every day. I specialize in anxiety, sleep disorders, postpartum, CBT, relational therapy, communication, anger management, pain management and various other topics. The areas of specialties come primarily from my own personal experience, driving my passion to help others.
