I work with children (10+), teens, and adults experiencing anxiety, ADHD, autism, and life transitions. I have extensive experience supporting neurodiverse youth and adults who may struggle with anxiety, self-esteem, or feeling “different.” I also work closely with parents to help them understand and support their child’s unique needs in practical, compassionate ways. In addition, I specialize in working with LGBTQ+ individuals of all ages. I provide an affirming space to explore identity, relationships, and personal growth, and I’m dedicated to helping each client feel seen, supported, and empowered to live authentically.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and evidence-based, drawing on CBT, DBT and ACT, and strength-focused interventions to help clients gain insight, build skills, and feel more confident navigating daily life. My goal is to help you or your child develop resilience, self-acceptance, and the tools needed to thrive. Together, we’ll create meaningful change and a stronger sense of well-being.
