I am relaxed, creative, professional, willing to have hard conversations, and open to feedback. I love working with teens and adults, and focus mostly on trauma, healthy relationships, life changes, anxiety and depression. In 2012, I received my Masters in Clinical Social Work from Ohio State University and I have been working with diverse populations ever since. These experiences allow me to work with many different types of people and have empowered me to be a stronger ally and clinician. In sessions, I utilize skills and theories from EMDR Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Internal Family Systems.
