I am a Master's level Clinician, LPC, with over 14 years of combined experience in Mental health in various capacities. I have worked in Child/Family counseling, college counseling, and also with adults in various mental health settings. I specialize in anxiety, depression, grief and trauma. Counseling skills include but are not limited to: client-centered care, trauma informed care, empathetic and supportive talk therapy, active listening, crisis and safety planning. My passion is helping others overcome difficult times and providing a supportive environment to my clients.
