This collaboration is one of importance as healing and self-betterment are difficult to achieve on your own. Remember- healing is not linear. As we uncover your authentic self, you will come to find peace within yourself that no one can take away from you. My goal is to empower you to discover all you are meant to be. I have experience with a variety of topics including depression/anxiety, parenting, trauma, self-harm, difficult family dynamics, low self-esteem, suicidal ideation, anger, defiance, identity and relationships, just to name a few. No matter what you are currently facing, I am here to walk with you on this journey. I want you to know that I see you. I hear you. I affirm your experience and I can help. You are not alone.
