I have experience working with several populations and multiple different settings. With my experience and training, I filter through my rolodex of tools (better than an AI) and help my clients in ways specific to the person in front of me. I do not believe in one treatment modality. I have trainings in several areas so that I can help people in many different ways, unique to the person. The methods I utilize most are Trauma Focused CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy), Client Centered Therapy and IFS (Internal Family Systems).
