I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Texas and Oklahoma, holding a Bachelor of Science from University of Houston, Masters and Doctorate Degrees in Marriage and Family Therapy from Northcentral University. I use modalities such as Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), CBT, DBT, TF-CBT, and a Psychodynamic approach to understand how feelings, behaviors, and thoughts connect. I specialize in creating a warm, nurturing, empathetic, and inviting atmosphere in which everyone feels welcome and respected. I want my clients to feel heard, understood, and empowered. I believe in a service-centric approach to mental health and therefore I work collaboratively to understand emotions more clearly, focusing on evidence-based processes and treatments. Open to working with children/adolescents 6 years and older.
