As a licensed psychologist, I bring over 20 years experience working with children, families, and adults. Life can certainly get complicated and as a person-centered therapist, my hope is to help support you in navigating ways to see change in your life. Oftentimes, we struggle in isolation and that often makes it difficult to see how change is even possible. Using a collaborative approach with roots in cognitive behavior therapy, I hope to join in a partnership to provide the emotional space to explore what has been and more importantly, what can be. In my years of providing therapeutic care, I have had experience working with individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, loss, autism spectrum disorders, attachment issues, as well as a wide array of childhood behavioral issues to name a few. Therapy is not a 'one-size-fits-all' approach, so being well-versed and flexible in evidence-based modalities to fit the presenting needs is essential.
