My goal is to help people process emotional pain and to support them in achieving the best version of themselves. I received my BA in Psychology at the University of Massachusetts – Amherst, and, after five years of working in various therapeutic settings, completed my Master of Social Work degree at the University of Washington in Seattle. I have experience in community mental health, inpatient and outpatient psychiatric settings, as well as in wilderness therapy. Throughout my career, I am proud to have served patients from a broad range of cultural and socio-economic backgrounds and can provide therapy in Russian. I enjoy facilitating group therapy and working with individuals, couples, and families while using a collaborative, strengths-based, whole-person approach to therapy. By incorporating aspects of dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), and motivational interviewing, we will create a treatment plan that meets your needs. Open to working with children ages 6 and older.
