Isolation, painful memories, tears you can't cry or cry all the time, anger, the inability to recognize yourself, shame, enduring pain quietly, and maybe having your faith is in question. I know you are tired of being stuck and want your life back. I look forward to partnering with you on your healing journey by teaching you the tools to empower you and move forward while making sure you are seen, heard, and validated. The process starts by me meeting you where you are and building a strong therapeutic relationship to facilitate healing in your life. Next, we will collaborate on goals that will work best for you but grow you as well. Using unique and creative approaches tailored to you to accomplish those goals and support you along the way to heal from a trauma. I'm here to support you through the not so linear process!
