My name is Kristie Schram and I’m located in the Dayton Ohio. I received my education through Liberty University. My education and experience of over 15 years working in the hospital setting as well as providing outpatient therapy has provided me the skills to support clients by providing opportunities to integrate their own individual beliefs and spirituality into their wellness journey. I utilize approaches from cognitive behavioral, solution focused, person centered, and trauma informed practices to ensure that each client’s journey is unique to them. Working through a strengths-based approach I believe the therapeutic process becomes a collaborative partnership where my clients work to identify their unique strengths, utilize them to overcome obstacles, and achieve their desired goals. My goal is to help build resilience and find lasting solutions that promote personal growth and the ability to cope with challenges that life and change may inevitably bring.
