Hello! I am Kristin Allen, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Tallahassee, Florida. I work to help clients to build self-acceptance, a greater sense of meaning based on their personal values, and effective thinking and behavior patterns to promote their well-being. Research has taught us that certain thinking and behavior skills are associated with positive mental health outcomes, and I strive to help clients to incorporate these practices.
