I bring over 20 years of experience in the helping field and have been credentialed as a Master Addiction Counselor since 2005. In addition, I am a Certified Mindfulness and Meditation Teacher. My expertise includes supporting clients with stress, depression, anxiety, trauma, abuse, addictions, anger management, performance enhancement, and navigating the pressures of a busy life.
