Kyle has been a licensed therapist for over 13 years and has a warm and welcoming approach to therapy. Her clinical experience has primarily been with adults who are experiencing symptoms related to depression, anxiety, stress, relationship concerns, substance use, and life transitions. She believes that the therapeutic relationship provides the opportunity to develop insight and coping strategies to improve life circumstances, while receiving the emotional support and objective guidance to thrive. Kyle has a master's degree from Johns Hopkins University and a doctorate from Argosy University, both in counseling psychology. In her free time, Kyle loves spending time with her two children, spending time outdoors, reading, and biking.
