I believe counseling is the external path to take to overcome barriers that block you from growing mentally and spiritually. I believe the therapy process is a collaborative relationship between the therapist and the client. An important part in the therapy process is setting goals and helping create a wholesome conceptualization of the client. I take an eclectic approach as everyone is different in their own way. I have experience working with adults, children, teens, and families. I have served individuals and groups within non-profit agencies and in play therapy setting. I have assisted clients, with struggles ranging from ADHD, life transitions, and anxiety, depression, abuse, daily stressors, and a variety of mood disorders. I’m compassionate and direct. Lets work together to a journey of healing and new ways of coping. I work with clients in person and virtually.
