My therapeutic approach is trauma-informed and client-centered, integrating elements of cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and inner child work. I strive to create a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore their challenges, understand the impact of Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs), and develop healthier coping mechanisms.
I focus on helping clients gain insight into the connection between their past adversities and present behaviors, fostering self-awareness and personal growth. I also incorporate techniques to address stress responses, emotional regulation, and relationship patterns, tailoring each session to meet the unique needs of the individual.
