Hello, I am Laura Whites, a licensed clinical social worker helping individuals with grief and loss, anxiety disorders and compulsive behaviors. I expand on the word loss to include anything or anyone that is important to you or any major life event that is distressing to you. The compulsive behaviors I help with are often related to food, exercise and shopping but can be any behavior that keeps showing up for you that takes you away from the life you want to lead. Some people find it helpful having a designated space to talk about these challenges in their life. I am here to offer that space for you.
