I am a licensed mental health counselor with nearly 10 years of practice in the field. I have a variety of evidence-based trainings and client experience which supports the specializations that I have to focus on, which include challenges with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorders, PTSD, and trauma. I also have experience and extensive education in sport, exercise and performance psychology, where I have worked with athletes in increasing mental performance to their sport. I enjoy pulling from a cognitive behavioral therapy framework to be able to have a collaborative approach with each individual that I have the opportunity of working with.
