I specialize in Anxiety, Addictions, Work life balance, Woman’s issues, Coping skills, Grief, Eating disorders, Relationships, Self-esteem and confidence, and Stress. I practice CBT, Evidence based therapy, as well as Mindfulness. You can expect to feel happier and healthier. In my spare time I enjoy yoga, meditation, walking and spending time with family and friends.
