My goal is to assist you and/or your family in developing warmth and care, good communication, predictability, and strong connections to others within your community. I will assist you in learning how to look after yourself so you can feel loved, safe, secure, and connected to those within your family. Let's work on a new approach together.
I have dedicated the last decade in helping the most severe cases within the family system. I personally know what it's like to feel alone and lost growing up in an abusive home. The support of my faith and trusted people helped me to find my way. My life's mission is help you navigate your family's challenges so you are hopeful and start truly living again.
