I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of California with over 15 years of experience. I have worked with clients facing a wide range of concerns, which includes, but is not limited to, depression, anxiety, trauma, family and relationship conflicts, career and parenting challenges, life transitions, and ADHD. My therapy style is warm, authentic and humanistic. I truly make an effort to put myself in my patients shows to have a stronger understanding of the experience. My approach combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Problem Solving Therapy. Although, this is my approach, I believe what I do best is to first support my client.
