I work with older adults struggling with a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and life changes. My therapy style is warm and interactive. I treat everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. In my practice I use EMDR, cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, psychodynamic and Dialectic Behavioral, tailoring our treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
